1. Copyright & Usage
All scripts provided by Nick Lawrence Pantomimes (NLP) are protected by international copyright law & remain the exclusive property of NLP. This includes all edits made by the licensee.
You must not perform, reproduce, distribute, or copy any NLP script, in part or in full, without obtaining a licence or written permission first.

Any breach of copyright may result in legal action & the cancellation of your Performance Licence without refund.
2. Perusal Scripts
Perusal Scripts are provided solely for reading & review purposes to traceable Amateur Theatre Societies, Groups & Organisations.
Possession of a Perusal Script does not grant a Performance Licence, & you must not share this script publicly.
Perusal Scripts must not be copied, reproduced, edited, or amended in any way. This includes sharing the script digitally or in print.
All Terms & Conditions applicable to full scripts also apply to Perusal Scripts & Script Excerpts.
3. Script Edits
If you wish to make edits to your chosen script, you must purchase the Editable Master Script, which will be provided in Word format.
Minor adjustments (e.g: place names & local references) are permitted provided they do not detract from the quality or intent of the script. If you are uncertain about any changes, please consult NLP for guidance.
You must not insert additional material that is subject to third-party copyright unless you have obtained permission from both NLP & the copyright holder.
Substantial edits that significantly alter the script’s content or structure are not permitted without prior approval.
4. Performance Licences
A Performance Licence must be obtained prior to commencing rehearsals. Performing without a valid licence is strictly prohibited.
Venue Capacity is determined by the maximum seating capacity of the venue, regardless of the number of tickets sold.
A Performance is defined as any showing attended by persons outside your society, group, or organisation, whether or not they have paid for a ticket.
Additional performances can be added by agreement & must be paid for before tickets are sold.
In the event of postponement due to unforeseen circumstances, please inform NLP promptly. Rescheduling is permitted at no extra cost, provided timely notice is given.
Licences, contracts, & agreements are non-transferable, non-exclusive, & non-refundable.
All fees must be paid in full & you must return your signed Contract before your Performance Licence is issued.
Please note that productions of Peter Pan may require an additional licence from Concord Theatrics on behalf of Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH). Securing this licence is the responsibility of the licensee. NLP is not liable for any failure to obtain such licences.
5. Video/Audio Recording Licence
A Video/Audio Recording Licence is not automatically included in your Performance Licence & must be requested in your application.
Recording rights apply exclusively to scripted dialogue, including any approved edits. Recording of music or songs may require separate licences which are the responsibility of the licensee.
Video/Audio Licences are granted solely for private & rehearsal purposes. Broadcasting, uploading, or sharing recordings publicly, including on YouTube or social media, is strictly prohibited.
A copy of any video or audio recording must be provided to NLP upon request.
